Over time, scale buildup can reduce operational efficiency, increase energy consumption, and cause significant damage or failure of equipment if left untreated.
In some cases, mechanical methods like scraping or high-pressure water jetting may also be used. Regular industrial descaling is essential for maintaining equipment performance, ensuring safety, and prolonging the lifespan of costly machinery.
