Bio Clean Services Inc. is proud to have completed all passivation, chemical treatment, and system inspections for Canada’s largest vaccine injectable production facility—Sanofi Pasteur Ltd.—located in North York, Toronto. This state-of-the-art facility represents a $925 million investment into Canada’s healthcare infrastructure.
In partnership with Stainless Piping Systems (SPS), BCS Inc. passivated over 17 miles of stainless-steel piping, adhering strictly to ASTM A380 standards. Our work spanned critical systems throughout Building 100, including HWFI, AWFI, PW, Clean Steam, CIP Systems and Piping, Production Systems, Waste Treatment, Water Production, and Interconnecting Piping.
Completed in 2020, this project stands as the largest Canadian build by EllisDon and was delivered with precision and efficiency. Working alongside some of the industry’s top engineers, BCS Inc. brought its innovative cleaning technologies to bear—technologies that continue to set benchmarks in pharmaceutical-grade system cleaning and passivation.
